Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://45.183.221.150/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.World/.firstOrder_WHO/.admin1_name/%5Bgid%5Dpartial/%5Bgid%5D0.0/maxover/dods')
